Crawl Space Vapor Barrier

A Vapour Barrier is installed over a drained crawlspace to reduce moisture evaporating into the home from the crawlspace ground floor.. We will install a 6 mil. Black polyethylene vapor barrier as needed to within 6”-1ft. from the perimeter wall. The vapor barrier is never to touch the wall so that foundation drainage can occur properly to the perimeter drain.
